Job Description Should have experience in administering Desktop, Laptops, Backup & Peripherals(like Printers,Scanners, etc).
Should be able to troubleshoot on general applications like Office.
Operating System - Should have strong knowledge in installation and support of Windows NT/2000/XP.
Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, WINS, DNS, DHCP,Windows Terminal Server,TCP/IP Networking knowledge etc. Certifications like MCP, MCSE etc is an added advantage.
Basic Knowledge of Network Infrastructure - Hardware, Software, Ethernet Cabling, Ports, IP addresses, etc.
Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization .
Have a strong sense of customer service.
Willing to work across any shift.
Should have around 2 yrs - 4 Years of IT Exposure.

Only full time education will be entertain.Should not have more than 2 years of gap from 10th onward to last employement.
